• Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled if it is already processing or completed.

• By placing an order on GorkhaBoost.com, you agree to this Refund & Refill Policy.

• Refunds are not automatic. You must contact support if eligible.

2. Refill Policy (Most Important)

A refill will be provided if ALL conditions below are met:

• The service includes a refill guarantee (mentioned in the service description)

• The order has a drop more than the allowed percentage

• The refill request is made within the refill period (example: 30 days)

• The original link/username was not changed

• The account/post is public

❌ Not Eligible for Refill

Refills will NOT be provided if:

• The service does not include refill

• The refill period has expired

• Username or link was changed

• Account/post is private

• Drop happened due to platform updates (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)

• Customer used the same link on another panel at the same time

⏱ Refill Processing Time:
Refills are usually completed within 24–72 hours, depending on the service.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued as panel wallet credit (not to bank/card) if:

• Order was not started and cannot be delivered

• Order was stuck or failed and support confirms it

• Wrong service was delivered due to our system error

• Duplicate order was placed by mistake (confirmed by logs)

❌ Not Eligible for Refund

Refunds will NOT be given if:

• Order is completed

• Partial delivery already happened

• Drops happen on no-refill services

• Customer entered wrong link/username

• Delay caused by social media platform issues

• Customer demands refund without valid proof

⏱ Refund Time:
Approved refunds are added to wallet within 1–7 business days.

4. Service Delays

• Some services may take longer due to high demand or platform updates.

• Delays are not a valid reason for refund unless the service is confirmed as failed.

5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

• Any chargeback or payment dispute without contacting support first will result in:

  • Immediate account suspension

  • Loss of remaining balance

• Always contact our support team before opening disputes.
