1. Eligibility for Refunds
- Refunds are only applicable if you have not received the services as described or if there has been a significant delay in delivery (more than 7 days after the expected completion date).
- If there’s an issue with your order, please contact our support team within 7 days of placing the order, and we’ll work to resolve it.
- Refunds will not be provided for errors caused by the user, such as incorrect service selection or failure to provide accurate social media details.
2. Non-refundable Services
- Services related to organic social media growth (followers, likes, views) are non-refundable once the order is processed and delivered.
- As our services are digital and immediate, once the process begins, it is difficult to reverse the changes.
3. Processing Refunds
- Refund requests are reviewed by our team, and if the refund is approved, it will be processed within 7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If there is an issue with the payment method, our team will work with you to find an alternative.
4. Order Cancellations
- You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided that the service has not been initiated. After 24 hours, the cancellation option will no longer be available.
